5.Consideration to approve the engineering agreement with IMEG Corporation in the amount of $9,435.00 for the design and permitting of the water main replacement on South Johnson Street from West Grant Street to Harmony Lane.

6.Consideration to approve the engineering agreement with IMEG Corporation in the amount of $9,250.00 for the design and permitting of the Wigwam Hollow water main loop from Woodland Lane to the WIU President’s House.

1.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation Grant application submitted by Shawn Acklam for 120 North Side Square in the amount of $20,000.00 for tuckpointing, awning replacement and second story window replacement.

Attached is a memo from DDD Terry for your review. The Community Development Committee recommended approval at their meeting on March 9. Final action will be in order.

2.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation Grant application submitted by the Macomb Arts Center for 25 East Side Square in the amount of $17,950.00 for first and second floor window placements.

3.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation Grant application submitted by Nostalgia Décor & Gifts for 129 North Randolph Street in the amount of $4,096.00 for front and back door replacement and window replacements.

4.Consideration to approve a Residential Initiative & Stabilization Effort (RISE) application from Scott Collins to demolish a garage at 314 West Calhoun with the City’s reimbursement amount to be $1,350.00.

5.Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

6.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 22, Article II, of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb to expand taxicab services to include Transportation Network Companies.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

7.Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a special event liquor license for the Macomb Arts Center’s When Soul Meets Country Event.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. Staff is asking for second reading to be waived since this is a similar event to the one held last year. Final action will be in order.

2.Consideration to authorize the purchase of a Vortex slide to be installed at Glenwood Pool from Recreonics in the amount of $16,965.60.

Attached is a memo from PW Director Ohrtmann for your review. Final action will be in order.

3.Consideration to approve Zoning Maps A and B for the City of Macomb.

Attached is a memo from CDC Bannon for your review. Final action will be in order.

4.Consideration to adopt a Motor Fuel Tax Resolution for maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code in the amount of $1,329,584.00 for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways for Fiscal Year 2020/2021.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Final adoption will be in order.

5.Other new business.
