4. Approve the purchase of 3-year Cloud Backup and Governance subscriptions and implementation services from AvePoint in the amount of $29,565.13 ($17,234.95 using CARES Act funds for Year 1, Years 2-3 to be invoiced at that time)
5. Approve the purchase of Microsoft 365 A3 subscription and InTune implementation services from iT1 Source in the amount of $20,625 using CARES Act funds
6. Approve the purchase of Safety Management subscription from Gaggle in the amount of $6,600 for 2020-2021 using CARES Act funds

Approval of 2020-2021 lease-purchase agreement with American Capital in the amount of $35,816 for laptop computers (lease term is four months, four monthly payments, first payment will be due in November, monthly payment is $9,360.55, total repayment amount is $37,442.20, Ed fund will be used for repayment)
8. Approve the purchase of SMART display panels from Tierney Bros. in the amount of $54,982 using Tracy Family Foundation grant funds
9. Approve the renewal of Mastery Connect subscription from Instructure in the amount of $7,600 for 2020-2021
10. Approve Recommended Personnel Action (Employment, Resignations, Transfers, Retirement, Dismissals, Mentoring Application)
