4. Approve the purchase of 3-year Cloud Backup and Governance subscriptions and implementation services from AvePoint in the amount of $29,565.13 ($17,234.95 using CARES Act funds for Year 1, Years 2-3 to be invoiced at that time)
5. Approve the purchase of Microsoft 365 A3 subscription and InTune implementation services from iT1 Source in the amount of $20,625 using CARES Act funds

8. Approve the purchase of SMART display panels from Tierney Bros. in the amount of $54,982 using Tracy Family Foundation grant funds
9. Approve the renewal of Mastery Connect subscription from Instructure in the amount of $7,600 for 2020-2021
10. Approve Recommended Personnel Action (Employment, Resignations, Transfers, Retirement, Dismissals, Mentoring Application)
