McDonough County Human Resources and Planning Committee met March 18.

The Human Resources and Planning Committee met at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, 3rd floor Law Library. Committee Members in attendance included Committee Chair Letha Clark, Michael Kirby, Deckle McLean and Dave Nissen. Vice Chair Cox, Members Larry Aurelio and Terra Litchfield were absent. Others in attendance included County Chair Scott Schwerer and County Clerk DeJaynes.
Chair Letha Clark called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
OPEN BIDS FOR MOWING AT THE ANIMAL SHELTER
Four bids were presented to the Committee, Robert Sullivan for $75 per time, Clint Moore for $100 a month, Riggs Lawn Service for $50 per time and Chappin & Sons for $150 per time.
Member Nissen motioned to approve Clint Moore for $100 per month to mow the Animal Shelter with proof of Insurance, Member McLean seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote.
ADJOURN
Member Kirby motioned to adjourn the meeting with no further business to discuss, Member Nissen seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote and meeting was adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
