1.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 16, Section 1, 55 and 56 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to prohibited sale, distribution, use and purchase of tobacco products by minors.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A memo from CA Scalf and revised ordinance is attached for your review.

NEW BUSINESS
1.Consideration to authorize the purchase of two 2020 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorers) for the Macomb Police Department from Woodrum Ford/Toyota in the amount of $35,195.00 each plus $3,900.00 for equipment transferred and striping for a total of $72,290.00. This purchase will be from the Police Protective fund.
A memo from Police Chief Barker is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.
2.Consideration to approve the proposal for engineering services for Construction Observation for the City’s Safe Routes to School project with IMEG Corp. in the amount of $45,000.00.

3.Consideration to authorize the solicitation of bids for the 2020 Motor Fuel Tax street improvement projects.
