MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks.

1.Discussion on a resolution to declare the honorary naming of East Adams Street to Dr. C.T. Vivian Way from Edwards Street to Pearl Street.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Discussion is planned.

2.Discussion on the proposed social media policies for the City of Macomb.

Attached is memo from CA Coker along with copies of the policies for your review.

Discussion is planned.

3.Discussion on Executive Session minutes that are to remain closed.

Attached is the list to remain closed.

4.Update on the Complete Count Census.

5.Other business.

Executive Session

To consider information relative to:

a) Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.

b) Collective Bargaining matters between the public body and its employees or representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(2) of the Open Meetings Act.

c) The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(5) of the Open Meetings Act.

d)The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(6) of the Open Meetings Act.

e) Pending or probable litigation, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act.
