Hancock County Finance, Fees and Salaries Committee met Sept. 22.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
The Finance, Fees and Salaries Budget Committee met in the County Board room at 8:00pm. Members present were Wayne Bollin Chairman, Mark Menn, Mark Hanson, Harry Douglas, Janet Fleming, Steve Bolton and Delbert Kreps, Chairman of the County Bboard. Absent was Bryan Stevens.
Jennifer Meeks Director of the EMS entered the meeting and reviewed the revenues and expenses for the Ambulance Fund for the year of 2021. The members ask her several questions on her budget and there is a couple line Items that they need to find out some information on. She did explain a lot of what she is seeing for the future and is trying to hold cost down on some other items.
The members then worked on the Revenue side of the budget and Wayne will get these figures to the Bellwether Inc.
The committee discussed meeting again to work on the Levies and other some of the special fund accounts that need to be put in. Was decided they would meet on the 29th of September.
Having nothing further to discuss a motion was made by Harry Douglas to recess until September 29, 2020 at 7:00pm. Steve Bolton seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.
