3.Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to establish a Place of Worship in a B-3 Downtown Business District at 18 West Side Square.

4.Consideration of an ordinance adopting an altered speed zone on Burlington Road program.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
