PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.
1. A resolution extending the resolution concerning the Mayoral Emergency Proclamation declaring a Civil Emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic issued April 16, 2020 and expiring on January 4, 2021.
Discussion is planned.

a) Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.
