Johnson St., 235 West Grant St., 1218 Maple Avenue., and a part of Lot 2 of Hemp’s Addition, all located in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-1 Single Family, R-2 Single Family Residential and R-4 Multiple Family to O/I Office/Institutional.
