D. ACTION ITEMS

1. Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $3,500,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding Bonds, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the Bonds, and authorizing the sale of the Bonds to the purchaser thereof

2. Approve the Second Reading of Press Plus Issue 106 which includes the following policy section changes:

a) 3:40 Superintendent

b) 4:80 Accounting and Audits

c) 4:90 Student Activity and Fiduciary Funds

d) 5:270 Employment At-Will, Compensation, and Assignment

e) 6:20 School Year Calendar and Day

f) 6:300 Graduation Requirements

g) 6:310 High School Credit for Non-District Experiences; Course Substitutions; ReEntering Student

h) 6:315 High School Credit for Students in Grade 7 or 8

i) 6:320 High School Credit Proficiency

j) 6:340 Student Testing and Assessment Program

k) 7:100 Health, Eye, and Dental Examinations; Immunizations; and Exclusion of Students

l) 7:140 Search and Seizure

m) 7:300 Extracurricular Athletics

3. Approve the First Reading of Job Descriptions

4. Approve the Tax Levy for 2020

E. CLOSE THE TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING

F. CLOSED SESSION

Meeting in Closed Session to consider the following subjects: {a) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body; b) collective negotiating matters between the School District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; c) the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the District; d) the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the District; e) the sale or purchase of investments; f) emergency security procedures; g) student disciplinary cases; h) the placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters relating to individual students; i) pending, probable or imminent litigation; and j) other matters appropriate for a closed meeting pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.

H. Closed Session Matters Approve any matter discussed in closed session as necessary and limited to those matters authorized for discussion in executive session by motion of the Board.

I. Board Rights: The Board reserves the right to take up, consider and act upon any other and further matters necessary or convenient for the orderly operation of the district and its schools.
