The meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m.
Members answering roll were:

Also present were: Dr. Lee, Mrs. Tucker and Mrs. Ryner
A moment of silence was observed.
Bob Castillo stated that the meeting was being held to discuss the possibility of remote teaching and learning in light of the rising number of COVID cases in our region.
A motion was made by Greenhalge, seconded by Ryan to enter into the Closed Meeting at 5:37 p.m. to discuss items per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)(10) (Roll Call).

A motion was made by Wibbell, seconded by Greenhalge to adjourn the closed meeting and return to open meeting on December 4, 2020, at 6:04 p.m. (Voice)
Motion carried. 6 Yeas, 1 Absent
The motion to begin remote learning was tabled until the next regular scheduled board meeting on December 17, 2020.
