The City Council of the City of Waverly, Illinois met at 7:00 P.M. via Zoom meeting. City Clerk Jeff Jones was present. Treasurer Maresa McDannald was present.
ROLL CALL
Mayor Scott Duewer called the meeting to order and roll call was answered by Council members: Jeff Baines, Terry Campbell, Shane Gray, Matt Cleveland and Evan Durako. Joe Nagel not present.

MINUTES
Motion by Alderman Gray Second by Alderman Durako to approve the meeting minutes from the December 01, 2020 meeting. Motion was approved by roll call vote as follows: AYES: Baines, Campbell, Gray, Cleveland, and Durako. Nays: None.
REPORTS
Motion by Alderman Durako Second by Alderman Campbell to approve the reports of the Clerk, Collector, Bookkeeper, and Treasurer. Motion was approved by roll call vote as follows: AYES: Baines, Campbell, Gray, Cleveland, and Durako. Nays: None.

Motion by Alderman Cleveland Second by Alderman Campbell to pay the December bills due in January. Motion was approved by roll call vote as follows: AYES: Baines, Campbell, Cleveland, and Durako. Nays: None.
