Wayne Marting sells 2420 Young St., Nauvoo

On Feb. 16, 2018, Funeral Home Schmitz-Banks and Beals LLC purchased a commercial property at 2420 Young St., Nauvoo from Wayne Marting for $135,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,225.68, 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Nauvoo in February 2018 as of this publication.
