The Board of Education of Pike and Calhoun Counties, Unit District No. 3 meeting was called to order by President Mike Peebles at 5:01 p.m. Members present answered roll call as follows:

Present: Crowder, Hammitt, D. Peebles, M. Peebles

Absent: Damon, Orr, Picone

Motion No. 1 by Member Crowder, seconded by Member Hammitt, to approve to adjourn Public Hearing at 5:08 p.m. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Aye Votes: Crowder, Hammitt, D. Peebles, M. Peebles

Nay Votes: None

Motion carried.

Motion No. 2 by Member D. Peebles, seconded by Member Hammitt, to approve the Amended Budget for the 2020-2021 school year. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Aye Votes: Crowder, Hammitt, D. Peebles, M. Peebles

Nay Votes: None

Motion carried.

Motion No. 3 by Member D. Peebles, seconded by Member M. Peebles, to approve activity refunds to individual members of the Class of 2021. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Motion No. 4 by Member D. Peebles, seconded by Member Crowder, to approve to allow 7th Semester Senior who have met all requirements to graduate after the first semester. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Motion No. 5 by Member Hammitt, seconded by Member Crowder, to approve the District Schoolwide Title 1 Plan. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Motion No. 6 by Member M. Peebles, seconded by Member Crowder, to adjourn to closed meeting at 5:18 p.m. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Motion No. 7 by Member Hammitt, seconded by Member Crowder, to approve to set daily bus driver rate as follows:

0-4 years $85.00 per day

5-9 years $90.00 per day

10-15 years$95.00 per day

Sub drivers $80.00 per day

Extracurricular drivers $12.00 per hour

Motion No. 8 by Member D. Peebles, seconded by Member Hammitt, to approve a $1.50 per hour increase for all non-certified personnel. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:

Motion No. 10 by Member M. Peebles, seconded by Member Crowder, to approve a negotiated agreement between Pleasant Hill CUSD #3 and the Pleasant Hill Teachers Union, IFT Local 4042. Members present answered roll call vote as follows:
