Play to Learn Ages 0-3

The Carthage Public Library and Early Beginnings of Hancock County are hosting Play to Learn at the Carthage Public library 500 Wabash Avenue, in Carthage at 9am on Mondays. Children are required to be accompanied by an adult. This group will meet at the park unless the weather is bad. Then they will meet at the Carthage Public Library District.
