Celebrate Children's Book Week at the Carthage Public Library. An activity session will be held after school (3:30-4:30 pm) on Tuesday, Nov. 9. The theme is "Reading is a Superpower." Join us for stories and crafts. The activity is geared for children 5-9 years of age, but younger children may attend with an adult or responsible teen. 217-357-3232.
