Falling home prices in Hamilton in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hamilton fell by $17,100 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,900 - a 13.2% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hamilton in the fourth quarter of 2019.
