Pricing for the median home in Bowen increased during the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bowen rose by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,500 - a 11% increase over the $41,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bowen in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
