A) IPOPIF Update of investment portfolio.
B) Review and update contact information, eCFM form, Authorized Agents form, and Account Representative form to be sent to IPOPIF, if necessary.
8. OLD BUSINESS
A) Discuss and approve engagement letter for 2024 Audit with Zumbahlen, Eyth.
B) Confirm filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2025)
D) Discuss response to Pension Fund Examination Results and Findings.
E) Discuss status of reappointment of Brian Nyberg, term expires 5/13/2025
9. NEW BUSINESS
A) Discuss preparation of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit (or draft Financial Statements) to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance by June 30, 2025. No extensions of time are allowed by Illinois Department of Insurance for this filing.
B) Discuss date for possible Special Meeting in June to approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit.
C) Discuss beginning annual disability review of Olivia Mefford.
