What happened to the median home price in La Harpe during the third quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in La Harpe fell by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,000 - a 74.4% decrease over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in La Harpe in the third quarter of 2017.
