La Harpe median home prices rose by 48.8% in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in La Harpe rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 48.8% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in La Harpe in the third quarter of 2016.
