Rising home prices in Warsaw in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Warsaw rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 41.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 68.8% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Warsaw in 2016.

The median sales tax in Warsaw for 2017 was $1,511. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,485. This marks an increase of 1.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
