June 2019: Warsaw experienced a 64% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Warsaw fell by $67,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,750 - a 64% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Warsaw in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Warsaw for 2019 was $1,469. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,495. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.9%.
