Median home prices in Warsaw fell to $63,500 in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Warsaw fell by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,500 - a 6.3% decrease over the $67,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Warsaw in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Warsaw for 2018 was $1,495. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,511. This marks an decrease of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
