What happened to the median home price in Carthage during February 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Carthage rose by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carthage in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Carthage for 2018 was $1,578. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,629. This marks an decrease of 3.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
