September 2017: Carthage experienced a 64.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Carthage fell by $77,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 64.2% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carthage in September 2016.
