Jacksonville home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Jacksonville rose by $19,250 while total sales increased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $100,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Jacksonville in the fourth quarter of 2020.
