South Jacksonville median home prices fell by 28.5% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in South Jacksonville fell by $34,200 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 28.5 percent decrease from the $120,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in South Jacksonville in April 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in South Jacksonville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,985, approximately 2.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
