Rising home prices in Waverly in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Waverly rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 250 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,500 - a 1.6 percent increase over the $80,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Waverly in April 2021.
