1. Consideration of an ordinance Amending Section 17-639 and Chapter 17, Appendix A of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to Permissible Special Uses Within the R-1 and R-2 Zoning Districts.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to Amend Portions of the Municipal Code of Macomb Amending Parking Provisions and No Parking Zones.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an ordinance to Amend Article II of Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code to allow Chickens in the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Special Event Liquor License for the Macomb Arts Center's Anniversary Celebration Event.

This will be presented for first reading. A Copy of the ordinance is attached.

3. Consideration to approve FY24 Service Contract between the City of Macomb (McDonough County Public Transportation) and Western Illinois Area Agency on Aging (WIAA).

Attached is a copy of the agreement along with a memo from Transit Director Lambert. Final action is in order.

4. Consideration to authorize advertising Request For Bids (RFB) for Computer Hardware and Software Equipment.

Attached is a memo from Transit Director Lambert. Final action is in order.

5. Consideration to award bid for Western Avenue Concrete Replacement to Hood Construction in the amount of $49,000.00.

Attached is a memo from PW Director Ohrtmann. Final action is in order.

6. Consideration to award bid for Hickory Bow Culvert Repair to Laverdiere Construction in the amount of $15,900.00.

Attached is a memo from PW Director Ohrtmann. Final action is in order.

7. Consideration to award bid for "EMERGENCY" sewer repair at Spring Lake (Camp Chicagama) to Laverdiere Construction in the amount of $27,900.00.
