Enrollment Analysis: White students comprised 95.5% of Greene County’s districts student body in 2021-22 school year

There were 1,635 white students enrolled in Greene County school districts in the 2021-22 school year, 1% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that white students made up 95.5% of the 1,712 students in Greene County during the 2021-22 school year. They were the most represented ethnicity.

Among the three districts in Greene County, North Greene Unit School District 3 recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 785 students.
