1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of Special Use Permit to Allow a Large Scale Solar Energy System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at the Property Located Northeast of the Intersection of US Highway 67 and US Highway 136 (12-000-343-00 and 12-000-344-00), Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.
Upon request, petitioner asked council to table ordinance.
2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Sections 15-214 and 15-216 of the Municipal Code of Macomb Related to Parking.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.
3. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17-197 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to Minor Subdivisions.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.
4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Vacate the South Portion of Alley Running North and South between East Carroll and East Calhoun Streets in Block 12 of Original Town, in the City of Macomb.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action. Updated ordinance.

1. Consideration to Approve Title Changes/Business Office Name Change.

2. Consideration to Approve an Agreement between the City of Macomb and Western Illinois Area Agency on Aging (WIAAA).

3. Consideration to Approve the Asbestos Remediation Proposal and Agreement from Jim Lavin Independent Contractor.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Boarding House in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 720 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for Macomb Arts Center’s “Select Works from the Art Collection of C.T. Vivian” Exhibit.
