Leatherneck Volleyball Camp opens registration for summer skill development

Registration is now available for the 2024 Leatherneck Volleyball Camp in Macomb, Illinois. The camp offers various sessions designed to enhance volleyball skills for students from first through twelfth grade.

The One-Day Skills Camp will commence on July 7th, focusing on developing essential techniques such as passing, digging, attacking, setting, blocking, and serving. This session targets athletes in grades 7-12.

Positional Camps are scheduled for July 8th and 9th. On July 8th, participants can attend an attacking clinic followed by a ball control clinic. The next day will feature clinics dedicated to setting and serving.

For younger participants in grades 1-6, the Lil' Necks Camp will be held on July 10th and 11th. This camp emphasizes fundamental skills like passing, setting, hitting, and serving with guidance from Western Illinois staff and current players.

The Two-Day Elite Prospect Camp concludes the series of events on July 12th-13th. It aims to create a rigorous training environment for athletes in grades 9-12 who aspire to compete at higher levels.
