Western Illinois University's men's and women's cross country teams are set to conclude their regular season at the Bradley Pink Classic this Friday. The event, which will take place at Newman Golf Course, features multiple races including the men's 8K 'White Division' race at 1:30 p.m., followed by the women's 6K 'White Division'. The competition continues with the men's and women's 'Red Division' races.
The meet includes a diverse lineup of participating schools such as Bradley, Butler, Chicago State, Cincinnati, and several others from across the region.

In their last outing at the Notre Dame Joe Piane Invite on October 4th, Western Illinois's women’s team placed 17th out of 23 teams in a 5K course. Madison Trevena led her team by finishing first among her teammates and securing 35th overall position. Other notable performances included Kinze Kirkland-Shea finishing 67th and Maleigha Huston placing 88th.
On the men’s side, although unable to field a scoring team, Logan Lommel finished in an impressive 27th place overall. His teammate Logan Beckmier secured the 32nd position after improving significantly throughout his run.
Looking ahead, Western Illinois will participate in the Ohio Valley Conference Championship Meet scheduled for November 1st in Martin, Tennessee.
