There were 10 Am. Indian students enrolled in McDonough County school districts in the 2022-23 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that Am. Indian students made up 0.3% of the 3,238 students in the county. They were the least represented ethnicity at the time.

Among the three districts in McDonough County, Macomb Community Unit School District 185 recorded the highest enrollment of Am. Indian students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 10 students.
