John A. Mackenzie Alumni Soccer Field | Western Illinois University Leathernecks
Western Illinois University (WIU) is set to undergo a change in leadership for its Women's Soccer program. The decision was announced by Paul A. Bubb, the university's Director of Athletics, and it is effective immediately.
"After careful consideration and evaluation of our Leatherneck Women's Soccer program, I have determined that a change in leadership is a necessary step to move the program forward," stated Bubb. He expressed gratitude towards Coach Primeau for her contributions to WIU and extended his best wishes for her future.
The search for a new coach will be conducted on a national scale by WIU Athletics.
