Western Illinois University Athletics has announced its plans for the upcoming football game against Gardner-Webb University at Hanson Field. The event is scheduled to kick off at 1:02 p.m. CST and will be broadcast on ESPN+.

The day's activities begin early, with tailgate lots opening at 8:00 a.m., followed by the ticket office and gates at 11:30 a.m. Alcohol sales within Hanson Field commence at noon, and the Touchdown Terrace presented by Michelob Ultra opens at 12:30 p.m. Team warm-ups are set for 12:50 p.m., leading up to the game's kickoff.

Parking arrangements include an opening time of 8:00 a.m. for all lots on Saturday, November 23. Leatherneck Club members with season tickets enjoy preferred parking privileges, while general parking remains free and accessible to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicap accessible parking is available near Western Hall in Q Lot.

Tickets can be purchased online or by phone before game day or directly from ticket booths at Hanson Field on game day itself.

The university is also celebrating Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day, inviting WIU faculty and staff to attend the game against Gardner-Webb. Students can join the Student Tailgate space in Q Lot's east end and gain free entry to the game with their student ID.

A new addition this year is the Touchdown Terrace presented by Michelob Ultra, exclusive to Leatherneck Club members at the All-American level. It offers a field-level viewing area with complimentary soft drinks and water, alongside alcohol available for purchase.

Rocky's Kids Club, sponsored by Clock Tower Bank, will have its setup in Hanson Field's southwest corner. The club captain will receive recognition during the third quarter of the game.

For any inquiries regarding Leatherneck home football games, fans are encouraged to contact WIU Athletics' main office via phone.
