1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Provide for Levy and Collection of Taxes for the Year 2024, Payable in 2025 for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading. Final action is in order.

Consideration of an Ordinance to Abate the Direct Annual Tax Levied for 2024 to pay the Annual Debt Service on $2,275,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Waterworks Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016 and $4,010,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Infrastructure Projects Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading. Final action is in order.

1. Discussion on an Ordinance Authorizing a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District on a Parcel within Section 3, Chalmers Township, McDonough County, Illinois.
This ordinance had first reading at Committee of the Whole due to time constraints. This will be discussed and staff is requesting Power to Act at Monday, December 23, 2024 Committee of the Whole.
2. Consideration to Authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their regular meeting on December 23, 2024 on an Ordinance Authorizing a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District on a Parcel within Section 3, Chalmers Township, McDonough County, Illinois.
First reading was done at Committee of the Whole December 9, 2024. Staff requests POWER to ACT. Final action is in order.
3. Consideration to Adopt Resolution to Re-Appoint Tom Claudon to the Macomb Airport Authority from 1/1/2025 to 1/1/2030.
Adoption is in order.
4. Consideration to Approve a New Contract with Baxter Woodman.
This was discussed at the Public Works Committee on December 5, 2024. Final action is in order.
5. Consideration to Approve Application of RAISE grant for infrastructure needs.
6. Consideration to Authorize Macomb Public Transportation Acceptance of WIAAA One Time Notification of Grant Award for the "Connecting Rural Older Illinoisians".
Final action is in order.
7. Presentation from Wermer, Rogers, Doran and Ruzon, LLC on the City of Macomb's Audit for the Fiscal Year ending April 2024.
