McDonough County Board ESDA & Claims Committee met Dec. 17.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, 3 rd floor, Law Library. Committee Members present were Chair Eric Chapman, Vice Chair Clayton Murphy, Larry Aurelio, Dave Bartlett, Joe Erlandson, Craig Foster, Jack Lowderman, and Jarad Royer. Also present was ESDA Director Edgar Rodriguez, County Board Chair Eric Blakeley, Deputy Clerk Deanna Bisby, and County Clerk Jeremy Benson. 

Chair Chapman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of November 19, 2024 Minutes

Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Foster to approve the minutes as submitted.

Motion carried on a voice vote.

ESDA Director Report

Director Edgar Rodriguez gave the report.

Approval of Committee Claims

Member Foster moved with a second by Member Aurelio, to approve the claims as submitted.

Motion carried on a voice vote.

Approval of County Claims

Member Aurelio moved with a second by Member Foster, to approve the claims as submitted.

Motion carried on a voice vote.

Other Items as Needed

None.

County Board Chair Comments

None.

Adjourn

Member Aurelio moved with a second by Member Foster to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
