CONSENT AGENDA
1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and the Macomb Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, February 24, 2025.
2. Monthly Reports: Macomb Police Department-December 2024 and January 2025.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Consideration of an Ordinance to create a Class P Plus OPC Liquor License for Illinois Ayers Oil Company.
This ordinance had its first reading on February 18, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.
2. Other unfinished business.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration to authorize submission of the Section 5311 Application to the Illinois Department of Transportation for operating costs of "Go West" and "Demand Response" from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
A memo from Transportation Director CallaBria Putrino is attached. Final action is in order.
2. Consideration to authorize submission of the Fiscal Year 25/26 Downstate Operating Assistance Program (DOAP) Application to the Illinois Department of Transportation for operation costs of "Go West" and "Demand Response" from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

3. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Execution and Amendment of Section 5311 Grant Agreement.

4. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution for Acceptance of the Special Warranty for Section 5311 Federal Transit Act of 1964.

5. Consideration of a Public Transportation Ordinance.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. Attorney Scalf will read the ordinance.
6. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Macomb and the McDonough County Board for Ripple Glass.

7. Consideration of an Ordinance to Adopt the City's Official Zoning Maps A and B. This ordinance will be presented for first reading. The matter was considered by the Planning Commission on February 26, 2025 with no recommendation. A memo from Attorney Scalf is provided.
