1. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Portions of Chapter 4 Concerning Alcoholic Beverages Within the Macomb Municipal Code.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action. Discussion was held at the Committee of the Whole on March 24 and 31st.

1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Approve a Lease Agreement between the City of Macomb and the McDonough County Humane Society.

6. Consideration to Accept and Execute the IDOT Statewide Planning & Research Funds Application in the amount of $220,000.00 with local match 20% (44,000.00).

7. Consideration to Authorize an Interagency Agreement between the City of Macomb and Hancock County for Public Transportation Services.
A memo and a copy of the Resolution approving the IGA are provided. Final action is in order.
8. Consideration to Accept Proposal from Sports Facilities Companies for Partnership Development Support Services related to the planned sports complex in Macomb, Illinois. This has been discussed throughout the budget process and at the Community Development Committee with recommendation. Final action is in order.
9. Consideration to waive the bid process for the installation of a new welcome sign. This was discussed at the Community Development Committee with recommendation. Final action is in order.
10. Consideration to Approve Proposal from Bendsen Sign & Graphics, Inc. for the amount of $39,834.00 to Manufacture and Install a "Welcome To Macomb" sign.
This was discussed at the Community Development Committee with recommendation and is a budgeted item. Final action is in order.
11. Consideration to Authorize Submitting Application for the Rural & Tribal Assistance Pilot Program (RTA) Grant and to retain GrantScribe's Assistance.
This was discussed at the Community Development Committee with recommendation. Final action is in order.
12. Consideration to Adopt A Public Inducement Resolution for a Business District Zone in the City of Macomb.
A copy of the resolution is provided. This was discussed at the Committee of the Whole with recommendation. Final action is in order.
13. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Territory located at 3519, 4001 and 4007 W Jackson St, Macomb, Illinois (Purdy Parcels)
A copy of the ordinance is in the packet. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
14. Consideration to approve Emergency Water Main Replacement Change Order to Laverdiere Construction, Inc. on Jackson between Ward and Normal Streets.
