a) Verify cash balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.

a) IFPIF update of investment portfolio.

b) Discuss updating forms with IFPIF, if needed.

a) Discuss status of pension fund examination by Kerber Eck & Braeckel, LLP.

b) Discuss status of election / appointment for board members

a) Discuss preparation of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit (or draft Financial Statements) to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance by June 30, 2025. No extensions of time are allowed by Illinois Department of Insurance for this filing.

b) Discuss date for possible Special Meeting in June to approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit.
