1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Approve a Lease Agreement between the City of Macomb and the McDonough County Humane Society.

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Class P plus OPC Liquor License for Dasnandi Corporation d/b/a Smoke Galaxy at 901 West Jackson Street, Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading

and final action.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance Implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers' Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax for the City of Macomb.

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Adopt the City of Macomb's Annual Budget for Fiscal Year Commencing on May 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2026.

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. A PUBLIC HEARING was held on April 14, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. Items have been added to the list, see attached. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.

6. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory located at 3519, 4001, and 4007 West Jackson Street, Macomb, Illinois (Purdy Parcels).

This ordinance had its first reading on April 7, 2025. City Attorney Scalf will present for a second reading and final action.

7. Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to Authorize a Use Agreement between the City of Macomb and the Macomb Unit School District No. 185.

This was discussed at COW on April 14, 2025. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to Authorize Public Works and Macomb Transportation Departments to seek bids for Diesel Fuel/Gasoline supply for the City of Macomb.

A memo is attached. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize a Special Use Permit to Allow a Large Scale Solar Farm at 850 S Ward St, Macomb, Illinois for the City of Macomb.

A copy of the ordinance is in the packet. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.

4. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Macomb and Chalmers Township for the Provision of Glass Recycling.

A copy of the resolution IGA is provided. City Attorney Scalf will read the resolution onto the records. Final action will be in order.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Portions of Chaper 4 of the Macomb Municipal Code concerning the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages.

A copy of the ordinance and memo from the City Attorney is in the packet. these items were discussed at General Government Committee on April 17, 2025 with a recommendation to adopt. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.

6. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution for Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code.

A copy of the resolution is attached. Final action is in order.
