Mr. Snyder would like to see UTV’s legal to drive on the streets of Bushnell , he pointed out several areas where the City could profit from them being legal. Police & Liquor committee will look into this matter again.

*Mayor Wilt thanked Ald. Webb for her service to the City. She will be stepping down as Alderman due to moving outside City Limits.

Public Works
*Farm Ground Restitution – The council agreed with general consensus to cover any damage done to the farm ground while working on some electrical project.
*Truck wash addition has been tabled for now.
Ald. Yocum made a motion to pass a resolution to add $90,000 to MFT for General Maintenance. Ald. Norton seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken with the results as follows:

*Executive Director Kim Pierce stated that there has been some interest in the Locker Plant
*Archies will be opening in May
*Marshalltown has been remodeling the offices and bathrooms.
*Macomb is working on a Sports Facility that will seat 4000 people.
Attorney’s Report/Ordinances & Resolutions
*City Attorney Nick Tinsman is working on the Dangerous Dogs ordinance.
*Attorney Tinsman will review the policy for selling Police Vehicles.
