Western Illinois University's baseball team members have been actively participating in various leagues and training camps over the summer, showcasing their dedication to the sport. Junior pitcher Eric Rawlings and senior outfielder Liam Bushey are competing with the Willmar Stingers in Minnesota's Northwoods League. Rawlings has pitched 9.2 innings with 10 strikeouts, while Bushey maintains a .302 batting average.

Junior pitcher Karsten Stotlar is playing for the Thrillville Thrillbillies in Illinois' Prospect League, logging 17.2 innings with 15 strikeouts. Junior infielder Wandel Campana is impressing in Quincy, Illinois, with a .299 batting average and 13 stolen bases for the Quincy Doggy Paddlers.

Sophomore pitcher Jackson Rodgers and redshirt freshman Jack Duncan are representing Iowa's Burlington Bees. Rodgers has pitched 17.2 innings with a .264 opponent batting average; Duncan has made five bullpen appearances.

Junior pitcher Anthony Steinhoff competes for Alaska's Anchorage Bucs, limiting hitters to a .143 average. Freshman Kenneth Perez will join Indiana's Dubois County Bombers later this season.

Senior catcher Krayton Morse joins the Thrillville Thrillbillies for the remainder of the summer, providing leadership behind the plate. Redshirt junior Billy Humphrey heads to Canada to play for Thunder Bay Border Cats in the Northwoods League.
