2. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment & Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

1. Special Census Update.

2. Consideration to Authorize Requests For Proposals for the City of Macomb's Marketing Plan.

This item request is from City Administrator Coker. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution In Support of Illinois America250 Commemoration. A copy of the resolution is attached. City Attorney Scalf will read the resolution into the records. Final action is in order.

4. Consideration to Award Bid for the Thorpe Memorial Park Concrete Sidewalk project to Housewright Construction for the amount of $85,865.85.

Bids were opened and read on July 11, 2025. This was discussed at the General Government Committee on July 16, 2025, with the recommendation to council. Final action is in order.

5. Consideration to Award Bid for the City of Macomb's Road Improvement Project Phase I (Maple Ave., Wigwam Hollow Rd, and Alley between Carroll and US Hwy 136) to Laverdiere Construction, Inc. for the amount of $300,260.60.

Bids were opened and read on July 16, 2025. A memo from PW Director Ohrtmann is attached. Final action is in order.
