Motion to open the public hearing.
4.2. A request from Oak Grove Residences for a rezoning of Parcel # 05-30- 11-414-000, commonly known as 600 S. Dewey St., from Commercial General (CG) to R-3.
4.3. A request from the Westmore Group to vacate a city right of way south of 600 S. Dewey St., between Dewey St. and Idler Ln.
4.4. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Motion to close the public hearing.
5. MATTERS OF CONSIDERATION
5.1. Consideration of a request from Bill Utz concerning his project Oak Grove Residences for a rezoning of Parcel # 05-30-11-414-000, commonly known as 600 S. Dewey St., from Commercial General (CG) to Multi-Family High Density (R-3).
Motion to recommend to the city councilto approve the Ordinance rezoning parcel #05-30-11-414-000 from commercial general to multi family high density.
5.2. Consideration of a request from the Westmore Group to vacate a city ROW's south of 600 S. Dewey Street between Dewey Street and Idler Lane.
Motion to recommend to the city council the ordinances vacating the dedicated ROW's located within Westmore Subdivision plat.
