2. Discussion on an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow front yard parking in an R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 605 Memorial Drive, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

3. Discussion on an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow Roof Mounted Solar in a B-2 General Business Zoning District at 1631 E. Jackson Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

4. Discussion on entering into a contract with Spark Marketing Agency to promote a marketing plan for the City of Macomb.
