Warmowski speaks to Jacksonville commissioners

The city of Jacksonville Commission on Disabilities and Human Relations met Thursday to hear guest speaker Steve Warmowski. 

The commission oversees the city's compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and state and local mandates.
