McDonough County ESDA & Claims Committee met May 15.

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Law Library. Committee Members present were Chairman Trevor Toland, Larry Aurelio, Dave Nissen, Paul Trimmer, Letha Clark, Jennie Hemingway, and Dick Marcott. Committee Member Earl Sims was absent. Also present was County Chairman Scott Schwerer, Patrick Stout, and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.
Chairman Toland called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of April 17, 2018 Minutes
Member Trimmer moved with a second by Member Hemingway to approve the April 17, 2018 minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
ESDA Director Report
No report.
Approval of Claims
Member Hemingway moved with a second by Member Nissen to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Member Hemingway was congratulated on her new position of Associate Dean of Student Success and Director of Student Development at Illinois College.
Member Clark moved with a second by Member Aurelio to adjourn the meeting. With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
